포드 전선 품명 표기법

오늘은 포드 자동차 전선 품명 표기법을 알려드리겠습니다. 

※ 포드전선 표기법

For the purposes of identification on Engineering Drawings, wire shall be identified to this specification in the following manner:(도면에 대한 식별을 위해 와이어는 다음과 같은 방식으로 본 규격에서 식별된다)

EX) wire Code : 1TAD 

1. Temperature Class(온도등급) 

  - 1 : 85℃

  - 2 : 100℃

  - 3 : 125℃

  - 4 : 150℃

  - 5 : 175℃

  - 6 : 200℃ 

  - 7 : 200℃ 

  - 9 : 115℃ 

2. Wall Thickness(절연두께) 

  - S : Standard Wall 

  - T : Thin Wall 

  - U : Ultra Thin Wall 

  - X : Un-insulated(Bare Wire) 

3. Strand Configuration 

  - A : Symmetrical (대칭)

  - B : Asymmetrical (비대칭)

  - C : Flexible – Asymmetrical (유연 - 비대칭)

  - K : Compressed/compacted conductors 

4. Conductor type/ Other (도체타입/기타)

  - D : Bare Copper Conductor (비절연 구리 도체)

  - E : Tinned Plated Copper Conductor (도금된 구리 도체)

  - F : Flexible insulation material (e.g. Thermoset Elastomer, silicon, etc.) with bare 

         copper conductor (비절연 구리도체에 유연한 절연재료_열경화 엘라스토머, 실리콘 등)

  - L : Aluminium (35.5 Sm/mm²) Conductor (알루미늄 도체, 1000계열)

  - M : Aluminium Alloy (33.5 Sm/mm²) conductor (알루미늄 합금 도체)

  - N : Nickel Plated Copper Conductor (니켈 도금 구리 도체)

  - R : Copper Conductor, Steel Reinforced(구리도체, 철근강화)

  - S : Bare Copper Clad Steel (CCS) Conductor(강철 도금 비절연 구리 도체)

  - Y : Bare Copper Alloy Conductor(비절연 구리 합금 도체)
